8 Hot Anchors, Reporters & Presenters Who Brings Glamour In Cricket

Nowadays the cricket has its own terminology. This has changed absolutely from what it used to be to “360” degrees. Cricket has been enjoyable for both the players and the viewer too with the implementation of the new laws and some other mind blowing regulations. Pre-matches and post-matches have been shown which really examine the game structure and the teams playing the match. Yet if these shows have hot anchors, a man can’t resist watching those shows even though he’s not interested in cricket at all. Yes, the women anchors were the channel’s USP to receive the channel’s TRP.

8. Mandira Bedi:

You can credit Mandira Bedi for bringing cricket glamour. One of the first anchors to be seen at IPL was someone who became famous for her Sexy dressing, and sometimes zero knowledge of cricket, Mandira Bedi. In 2009 Mandy performed the special IPL shows. Rochelle Rao is an Anchor and Indian Model. In 2012 she was crowned Global Femina Miss India. Rochelle Rao gained popularity when she hosted a television show called Extraaa Innings, an Indian Premier League 2013 post-match analysis – season 6 in April – May 2013.

5. Shonali Nagrani:

Shonali Nagrani performed many shows on cricket. The former Miss India International got the first opportunity to host the Indian Premier League’s first season. She has also anchored the IPL’s Extra Innings and the T20 World Cup series with Cyrus Broacha on espn-starsports. She was one of the top 5 at the Femina Miss India Pageant (2004), as well. During World Cup matches she also acted as a host.

Archana is one of the most notable anchors of Cricket. She signed up for India for the first time on neo sports that had the right to telecast international matches. She has hosted shows like “Extra Cover Tour Diary” and “Cricket ……. Masala sea ke.’ She then hosted “Vaseline people again” where one could ask for his favorite moment of cricketing. Afterwards Archana moved to IPl, which was her major breakthrough. She has been assigned Extra innings to date that indicate pre and post match for IPL.

Karishma Kotak is a British Indian model, actress and a presentator. She was a contestant in Big Boss 6. She has acted in some music videos like Jay Sean’s “Me against myself”.

She was the co-anchor in IPL’s sixth edition where she had been one of the recognized names. Her interactions and interviews with some famous players marked her great achievement and with some international cricketers also developed a strong friendship.

She is also seen in some reality shows like Jhalak Dhikalaja. She also hosted the finals of Celebrity Cricket League (CCL). Her elegant personality and excellent cricketing knowledge has made her a well known face in the field of anchoring.

Mayanti Langer is an Indian TV sports journalist especially in the games of cricket and Football. She first started her career with hosting football shows during the FIFA world cup. She remained in the field of football for quite a few time and diverted her attention towards cricket. She hosted the 2011 Cricket World cup along with Charu Sharma and gained widespread popularity. Her charming looks and attractive speaking ability did gain her immense respect. She even hosted India vs South Africa test series on Ten Sports in December 2013. She got married to famous all rounder, Stuart Binny.
